Welcome to Invoice Maker. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

Vardhanam Infotech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Invoice Maker App strictly in accordance with these terms.

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app.
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Vardhanam Infotech.

2. Offline Functionality & Data Responsibility

The Invoice Maker App is an offline tool. It stores all data locally on your mobile device.

User Responsibility: Since we do not store your data on our servers, Vardhanam Infotech is not responsible for any data loss caused by app deletion, device damage, or OS failure. It is the user's sole responsibility to backup their invoices by exporting them as PDFs or using device backup services.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or that it will meet all your specific business requirements. We are not responsible for any financial errors or tax calculation discrepancies resulting from your use of the app.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vardhanam Infotech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits) arising out of the use of or inability to use the application.

5. Changes to Terms
