        100% Offline Privacy Guarantee: Our Invoice Maker application is a serverless/offline utility. We do not host your data on any external servers, and we have no access to your business or financial records.
    

1. Data Storage & Management

The Application is designed to function entirely on your local device. All information you enter, including but not limited to:

Business details (Name, Address, Tax ID, Logo)
Client contact information
Invoice line items, pricing, and totals

is stored exclusively in your device's internal storage. Since we do not use cloud synchronization, your data remains under your physical control at all times.

2. Data Collection & Third Parties

We do not collect, sell, or trade your personal or business information. Because there is no account registration process, your identity remains anonymous to us.

No Tracking: We do not track your invoicing activity or financial turnover.
No Third-Party Sharing: Since data never leaves your device, no third-party service providers have access to your business information.

3. Application Permissions

To ensure the app operates correctly, it may request the following permissions:

File Storage/Media: Required to save and export generated PDF invoices to your device.
Camera: Required if you wish to capture a photo of your business logo for the invoice header.

4. Data Security

As the data is stored locally, its security is as robust as your mobile device's security. We recommend using your device's built-in encryption, PIN, or biometric locks to prevent unauthorized local access.

5. Compliance with Laws

Our "Offline-First" approach inherently complies with global data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, as we do not process or control your personal data on our infrastructure.
